Ferrania Technologies expands inkjet products line with Compatible Print Kit

here to help retailers attending the 2006 Private Label Manufacturers
Association offer their consumers the first ever paper and ink compatible
replacement print kit for EPSON PICTUREMATE*.
"It is estimated that there are over 10 million of these printers in US
homes," stated Tom Zohn, Inkjet Director of Growth for Ferrania. "We're so
pleased that we can offer retailers an attractive alternative to the current
OEM product, at a price 45% less than what their consumer customers are
currently paying."
As with most inkjet printers, the OEM replacement ink and paper is
expensive. The current Epson PictureMate T5570 print pack runs about $30.00
at retail, for a pack containing ink and paper for 100 4" x 6" photos.
That's 30� per photo. Ferrania's new Compatible Print Kit has a suggested
retail price of $19.99 and contains ink and paper to produce 125 4" x 6"
photos. That's 25% more photos at nearly half the cost per print�about 16�
each! The glossy photo paper is instant drying, smudge proof and water
resistant. Both paper and ink are 100% compatible and will not void the
printer's warranty.
In addition to the new Compatible Print Kit, Ferrania also has available an
extensive assortment of inkjet print media , from its award-winning PermaPix™
Advanced Archival inkjet photo paper with PerDura™ Technology to a 50-sheet
pack of 4" x 6" glossy photo paper that retails for less than $5.00.
"Choosing the right media makes a huge difference in the quality and

Retailers can make money selling inkjet cartridges as well. Ferrania's
family of compatible inkjet cartridges provides retailers the opportunity to
sell high quality compatibles at lower prices. In many cases the suggested
retail prices are equal to 20 - 70% less than OEM cartridges, while still
delivering excellent gross margins to retailers. Ferrania Technologies
supplied cartridges are the only inkjet cartridges sold in tamper-proof
clamshell packaging. No one else offers this level of protection, not even
the OEMs.
